SHIPPING All orders are F.O.B. shipping point. Orders are shipped UPS whenever possible. All shipments sent by motor freight are sent collect.
DAMAGED GOODS/ SHORTAGES: To protect your interest it is important to inspect and count goods before accepting shipment. Damage or shortages should be documented on the freight bill. According to ICC regulations, filing claims with the freight carriers' is the responsibility of the consignee.

PURCHASER REPRESENTS THAT, IF NECESSARY, IT HAS TAKEN APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO BE DULY AUTHORIZED AND LICENSED BY ANY OWNER OF ANY COPYRIGHTED OR TRADEMARKED MATERIALS. PURCHASER SHALL SAVE, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS LOGO MAT COMPANY FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THESE WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AND VIOLATIONS OF ANY APPLICABLE TRADEMARKS OR COPYRIGHTS.
